I'm seriously exhausted just trying to get the laundry done and everyone fed before bedtime. Do I really have time to cook?

I definitely understand how exhausting it is as a Milspouse to be taking care of the home and kids all by yourself. That's why I've made sure the recipes are quick and easy as well as healthy. You'll be able to speed through the commissary using the shopping lists and the average meal prep time is about 5-10 mins. You'll be eating meals that give you more energy throughout each day so you can get your chores done faster and actually have more time to do something you really love like read a book or go with your kids to the park.

We're about to PCS. Should I wait until after we get settled to join?

Wow, how exciting that you're about to explore a new environment. But I also know this can be a super stressful and very busy time full of unhealthy food options. Now is a great time to join this community for extra support from your fellow Milspouses when you need it the most. Making healthy choices during PCS isn't easy but it's a lot more doable when you have the right support. Plus, those healthy choices will help minimize the stress and give you the energy to get settled a lot faster.

My kids (and spouse) are very picky eaters. Will they really eat the meals I cook?

Oof, Lady, this is definitely every mom's struggle. My own family has been a great test case for creating tips and tricks to get those picky eaters to eat healthy.
